Ruby Demi-Sec 2019
The softer expression in this ruby selection. Ruby Demi-Sec balances richness with a gentle, refined sweetness, offering a welcoming contrast to the two brut wines alongside it.
Cabernet Sauvignon forms 60% of the blend, joined by Merlot (27%) and Saperavi (13%). Eighteen months of bottle ageing complete this 2019 expression.
Compare it with Ruby Brut 2019: the vintage, grape proportions and bottle-ageing period are the same, while the style takes a sweeter direction. A thoughtful choice for guests who enjoy a softer finish.

Ruby Brut 2013
An earlier chapter of the ruby collection. Ruby Brut 2013 is crafted entirely from Crimean grapes and aged for 36 months in the bottle—twice the bottle-ageing period of the two 2019 wines in this set.
Its blend brings together Cabernet Sauvignon (65%), Merlot (24%) and Saperavi (11%). The proportions differ from the 2019 expressions, giving you another dimension to explore alongside the change of vintage.
Choose this bottle for the pleasure of comparison: an older vintage, a different blend and a longer period of bottle ageing, presented alongside Artwinery’s later ruby styles.

Ruby Brut 2019
Deep ruby colour gives this sparkling wine a striking presence in the glass. Ripe berry and cherry aromas unfold with accents of coffee and dark chocolate, creating an expressive profile with a structured finish.
Aged for 18 months in the bottle, the blend combines Cabernet Sauvignon (60%), Merlot (27%) and Saperavi (13%). It is the brut counterpart to the softer 2019 Demi-Sec in your selection.

A handmade wooden box and traditional embroidered towel give the Ruby Collection its distinctive presentation. Both are created by displaced Bakhmut artists living and working in Ukraine.
The three ruby sparkling wines sit within a piece of Ukrainian craftsmanship. Only 200 boxes were produced: a considered choice for a collector or a meaningful gift.
