Terms of service
These terms apply to purchases through uk.artwine.com. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
1. Alcohol sales and contact
Alcohol sales via this website are promoted and billed by Balvane Ltd acting as the commercial agent on behalf of EHD London No.1 Bond, located at Unit 1 Amesbury Distribution Park, Solstice Warehouse, London Road, Amesbury, Wiltshire, SP4 7RT, a holder of a valid UK Premises Licence issued by Wiltshire Council who authorises and executes all dispatches.
For order enquiries, cancellation requests or complaints, contact us using our contact form. Include your order number and the email address used for your order. Written enquiries may also be addressed to EHD London No.1 Bond at the address above.
2. Age and delivery
You must be 18 or older to buy alcohol. Age verification may be required. All deliveries must be signed for in person by an adult; goods will not be left unattended or with third parties. Delivery options, restrictions, charges and estimates are shown at checkout. Unless a different delivery period is agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days.
3. Orders and prices
Wine prices are shown in pounds sterling. The applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown before you complete payment. Your order is an offer to buy the products listed at checkout. We will send an order confirmation to the email address you provide. If an order cannot be accepted or fulfilled, we will contact you and refund payment received for the cancelled items. If a product description or price contains a material error, we will explain it before fulfillment and give you the option to cancel for a refund.
4. Cancellation and returns
For an ordinary online purchase, UK consumers may cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving their goods. Notify us through our contact form with a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods. Contact us for return instructions; the dispatch address is not automatically the returns address.
A cancellation refund includes the price of the returned goods and the cost of standard outward delivery. Any additional cost for an upgraded delivery option is not refundable. Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the goods back or evidence that you sent them, whichever is earlier. We may make a lawful deduction for loss of value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Any legally applicable exception to cancellation rights will be identified before purchase. Your rights concerning faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.
5. Problems with an order
Please contact us if goods arrive damaged, are incorrect or appear faulty. Provide your order details and, where possible, photographs so we can investigate. This request does not shorten any statutory deadline or remove your right to a refund, replacement or other remedy required by law.
6. Coin and Collector’s Edition requests
The Coin and Collector’s Edition are offered through request forms. Any amount marked USD is in US dollars. Submitting a form is an enquiry and does not place a paid order or commit you to buy. Availability, the seller, the final price, any delivery charges and the applicable payment and delivery terms will be confirmed separately before you decide whether to pay. A payment link may be sent by email or another agreed channel.
7. Privacy and Shopify
Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform; it is not the seller of the goods.
8. Consumer rights and changes
These terms do not exclude or restrict rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. Changes to these terms apply to future orders and do not retrospectively alter an order already accepted. You may save or print this page for your records.
